The Toggery (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the physical store in Bishop, California and the website at https://toggerybishop.com (the “Site”). 7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days (we may extend once by an additional 45 days, with notice). There is no fee to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proper authorization.
8. Privacy Rights for Other U.S. State Residents
If you reside in another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law — including Oregon, Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. 9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. In general, we retain account information for as long as your account remains active; order and purchase records for the period needed to support returns and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and marketing contact information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Specific retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Consistent with the CCPA, we also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without the affirmative authorization required by law. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
